Please Order Early: All orders sure subject to prior sales. We will not substitute, unless you submit a list of substitute candidates. If we cannot fill your order completely, or ship at the time your request we will contact you for further instructions. Be sure to provide us with a day time phone number or your email address.

We can only accept orders for shipping destinations within the Continental United States.

OUR GUARANTEE: All Premier plants are State inspected, healthy, vigorous, guaranteed true to name and arrive in good condition. Should any plant, for any reason, reach you in an unsatisfactory or damaged condition. DO  NOT PLANT THEM!
Return then immediately for replacement or refund whichever you prefer. 
We appreciate any report or comments on how our plants are received and how they perform in your garden.

SHIPMENTS: Our shipments begin around April 15 and continue thru June 15, then start again on August 15 and continue through September 15, depending on weather and seasonal conditions.

Orders will be shipped as soon as possible to the date you request. Acknowledgements will be sent on orders which cannot be shipped within 10 days of the receipt of your order.

BONUS: Instead of bonus plants we ship extra fine divisions of those ordered, which in most cases will be at least double fan divisions. For any cultivars not meeting this criteria, you will be contacted.

TERMS: Full payment must accompany your order. Make all checks or Money Orders payable to: Premier Enterprises.

$.40 per plant + $7.00 basic charge for Priority Mail UP TO 5 POUNDS
$.50 per plant + $8.00 basic charge for UPS Ground Delivery UP TO 5 POUNDS
$.60 per plant + $9.00 basic charge for UPS 3rd Day Delivery UP TO 5 POUNDS
$1.00 per plant + $12.00 basic charge for UPS 2nd Day Delivery

Be sure to provide a UPS address  ( A HOUSE NUMBER IS REQUIRED) for UPS shipments.
